We want to understand how easy it is for people in Kingston to do things that can improve their quality of life.

For example, how easy is it for you to access parks and green spaces? Do you manage to exercise regularly? Would you like to volunteer in the community? Or do you find yourself thinking about study, employment or retirement?

We also want to know how easy you find it to get support for problems you may face. For example, are you lonely or struggling with relationship issues? Do you worry that you drink too much or are you worried about finances now and in the future?

There are three surveys to choose from:

1. A survey for adults

2. A survey for younger people (up to 18 years old or 25 years old with a special educational need or disability)

3. An easy read version of the survey.

This is open to all residents of the borough.

What will we do with the results?

The results will be included in Kingston’s new Joint Strategic Needs Assessment on Better Mental Health. This will help the council and its partners work out where there may be gaps in services and decide what services should be commissioned in the future to help those that live, work and study in Kingston.

If you require the survey or any of the documents in a more accessible format, please contact PHPS@Kingston.gov.uk@kingston.gov.uk or call 020 8547 5000
