RBK organisational development strategy

We will soon be launching our new organisational development strategy, which will help us to shape the future of the council and deliver on our commitments in the corporate plan. We need to create a strategy that develops and supports you and your teams to help deliver our ambitious plans.

This won’t be the usual boring old strategy that no-one looks at. It will live and breathe as all of you across the organisation are invited to be part of it. So far we have involved colleagues from the Employee Voice Group, staff conversations, Corporate Leadership Group, Directorate Management Teams and the trade unions in its development. However, this isn’t enough for us! We want to make sure that everyone has a voice and a chance to input into things that will affect them.
