Local residents have told us there are concerns about the speed and volume of traffic in residential areas, parking, access to public transport, and road safety for pedestrians and cyclists.
Kingston Council has listened to resident’s feedback about a range of traffic and highways issues in Malden Manor, Old Malden. As a result, we launched an area-wide project across the 'Painters Estate', Malden Manor shops, South Lane, and Sheephouse Way area.
A stakeholder management group has been formed which includes representatives from all roads in the area, local schools, local councillors and council staff.
