Kingston Council wants to find out what helps people with learning disabilities to be as independent as they can be.
We want to make sure our services enable adults with learning disabilities to have good relationships, with a valued role in the community, whilst being safe and independent.
When we say 'independent' we mean people doing things themselves (if they can) and getting the right support to do so.
This short questionnaire focuses on three areas of independence:
Employment
Travel
Technology
Your feedback will help us understand what is needed and how we can improve our services to you.
