Kingston Council's first online housing conference took place on Wednesday 9 June 2021

Attendees were able to join any or all of the sessions below.

  • Repairs - led by John Basey, Axis
  • Feedback and complaints - led by Jane Ball
  • Building more homes for local people - led by Robin Oliver
  • Digital services - led by Rachel Cadle
  • Local plan - get involved - led by John Lindsley
  • Resident scrutiny - what difference does this make? - led by Kelly Shirley
  • Building/fire safety - led by Paul Dunkerton
  • What your rent and services charges are spent on - led by Wale Adetoro
  • Wellbeing, health and employment - led by Soraya Leipnitiz from Kingston Adult Education team

We had questions and feedback from tenants and leaseholders and all of those questions have now been answered. We will be using this feedback to help us improve our services and provide a better customer experience for you.

We want to keep you updated about future events and opportunities to have your say about housing in Kingston. We would also like to direct you to the Local Plan, which is asking for people's views about all sorts of things to help shape Kingston's future.
