Cambridge Road Estate (CRE) regeneration consultation — Masterplan & Phase 1

Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Linkedin Email this link

Following the successful ballot in March, where the regeneration was supported by residents, we have been working on the next steps of the CRE regeneration. This involves submitting a formal planning application, which must be approved by Kingston Council so that regeneration can begin in 2021.

This planning application will include detailed design information showing the Phase 1 buildings in which the first new homes for residents will be built. It will also show the detail design of the public spaces surrounding these buildings; these designs build on the information that was consulted on during the CRE ballot and shown in The Landlord Offer which will continue to be available for review and download on our website at cambridgeroadestate.com.

Give us your feedback — closes 3 September 2020

You will receive a guide from Kingston Council through your letterbox. The guide is also available here. The images and information in this guide are what we would like you to give us your views on — and you can submit your feedback on this site by taking the survey below.
