The council has drafted a new corporate plan called - Making Kingston Better Together for 2019-2023.
The Corporate Plan - what is it and what does it do?
The council’s most important strategic document.
It sets the vision for the borough and for the council to 2022 linked to the administration’s manifesto
It outlines our aims and objectives for a strong, attractive and resilient borough.
It explains how we will achieve our aims and objectives.
It includes expected delivery dates and performance targets so residents can hold us to account.
A range of detailed service, team and project plans sit underneath it.
Each department will also develop a set of priorities each year
Creates the framework for a Golden Thread: Vision > Strategic Objectives > Priority activities > Directorate Priorities > Team Objectives > Individual Objectives
Outward and inward facing - residents, businesses, voluntary sector, partners and staff are the intended audiences.
