Tell us your thoughts on Adult Services in Kingston

The council would like to get the views of people who use our voluntary sector services, as well as the wider public, to understand what is important to them, what works well, what could be improved and what it is about these services that help people remain independent and resilient.

We want you to help us improve the services in the community in Kingston, so please fill out the survey below with your thoughts and opinions.

If you currently receive any of our services, your answers will not change the care and support you receive from us but the information you provide will help the council to improve its services and be fair to everyone who lives in Kingston.

As part of this consultation, we will be undertaking other methods including physical copies in easy read for people with learning disabilities, Braille and different languages to be distributed in community hubs, libraries and leisure centres. You can also call 0208 547 5600 (extension 4401) to give your views over the phone.

Adult services will also be at the council's Let's Talk events in Kingston marketplace on 10 and 23 October, so you can head along to discuss the consultation face-to-face. More information here.
