RBK corporate core functions and support services review

As part of the 'No Stone Unturned' programme, we have started a piece of work to better understand the demand placed on corporate core functions and support services with a view to improving efficiency.

The aim of the programme will be to create services that are easy to interact with; adding maximum value to the organisation to best support frontline services.

The survey will ask which internal services you currently use and for each of these you’ll be asked to assign a score of 1 to 5 when considering a series of statements.
